Employees of the Municipal Transport Company started training

During the Sustainable Development Week, the first technical training directed to employees of Municipal Transport  Company  took place.  The trainings  are implemented as part of the project entitled "E- Ostrów 2050 - Ecological, Energy, Economic City" co-financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the state budget.

The aim of the training was to broaden and consolidate the knowledge of workshop employees in the field of electric bus chargers. The training was divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part was based on discussing the principles of operation of the devices and possible problems during operation. During the theoretical training, employees asked questions to the lecturer, who explained many issues. The second part of the training - the practical part - took place on electric devices and vehicles at the disposal of Municipal Transport Company.

The aim of the trainings is to improve the professional competences of employees in the field of effective use of electric buses. A series of technical trainings for employees  is  composed  of  6 thematic blocks, within which employees expand their knowledge in the field of air conditioning and heating, pneumatic system, the functioning of chargers and batteries, HV drive or electric motor.

Project "E-Ostrów 2050 - Ecological, Energy, Economic City"  is co-financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the state budget under the Local Development Programme.
