Training of employees of the Municipal Office is underway. Their main task is to improve mutual communication, and thus more effective cooperation between departments. Training is mainly based on workshops. All City Hall employees will participate. They are possible thanks to co-financing from the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the state budget under the "Local Development.
The training lasts two days and is divided into several different dates, all so that it does not interfere with the work of the Municipal Office. The agenda of the meetings includes several thematic blocks. These include: team communication in one's own department or department, alleviating difficult situations, dysfunctions of team cooperation, ways to avoid and solve them, using one's own assertiveness while ensuring the satisfaction of colleagues. Workshops cover 80% of the training time.
- We focus on workshops and participants' involvement. They have very different tasks to perform, from individual work, through work in pairs or groups. We use brainstorming, tasks, training games, exercises, in a word, a lot happens during these two days - says Adam Sobiechart, who conducts the training.
The training of employees of the Ostrów City Hall, entitled: Communication - Effective team - Friendly office, is carried out as part of the project entitled "E-Ostrów 2050 - Ecological, Energy, Economic City". The training was co-financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the state budget under the "Local Development" Programme.
